We will be open 6am to 10pm initially and will convert to 24/7 soon after opening.

You get an optional free gym induction when you join. Our gym staff are available to help, just ask!

We open from 1st November, and your membership fees won’t be taken until then.

Our Personal Trainers handle their own bookings. You can contact them using the contact form on their profiles.

Members have free parking for up to three hours directly outside Y GAMPFA.
