The Y Gampfa Founders
Y Gampfa was created to give Llandysul a fitness facility it demanded. There are great facilities in West Wales, but they are all up to 30 minutes away in every direction. So a mixture of business people and fitness enthusiasts decided to fill the gap and created Y Gampfa.
